400 yds from my house at my neighbors. I took them at the wrong time of day. Lighting sucks. Learning to use Nikon d5100. A lot to learn for an old man.
wagon as old as I feel
ditto
old chevy doing what they do best
I like #2, on #3 I think it is a G M C.
nice, good shots even in the harsh light,,the harsh sun gives me fits, I rarely shoot in the sun because of it, I love the shots of the old trucks, wagons, farms, barns, etc,,
GMC , Chevy ? Your right . I just don't pay any attention . same vehicle , different ornament. (Gotta Mechanic Coming)
I think the second image is the stronger image. I really like it.

You can turn off the time date info. All that info is in the files in the photo!!!
I just love this color of wood, the old, worn, soft gray, with a dash of Iron, sounds like a good recipe to me.. Keep cooking.. PS please remove yellow barrel behind second wagon from recipe.
not many places left with stuff like those old wagons layin around

Your D5100 has a D-Lighting setting in the menu. This will extend the dynamic range of a photograph, which basically reduces extremes in contrast. Give it a try.
I love the second one, and that GMC is a jewel, the chrome is still almost perfect and straight.
 From an old man too an old man, they look great to me.

Visit Rural Nevada...they're everywhere. Jan, Carson City, NV
TO bad the time stamp takes all the attention
It took me a while but I got the date off of my camera so this won't happen again. (I hope)
Nevada has a lot of old mine sites and old iron and wood. It is my favorite subjects. I'm learning more all the time. Someday I will post some good stuff.
