Happy cat goes for a walk, cat style. Lots of sitting down as well as walking.

I've always had cats in the house (2 or 3 at a time), but gave up on walking them. My Shih Tzu, Duncan, on the other hand, is an absolute delight to go walking with.

Who is the pretty lady on the other end of the leash?

That's my sweet daughter. She and her husband have four cats, and this one enjoys being outside on a leash. The others are strictly indoor cats. Dogs are SO much better at going for walks and riding in the car.

Cute! We have that kind of leash for Oreo, but the halter didn't fit him! LOL He's a big boy.

Thanks, sailorsmom. This cat goes out every day. He complains a lot if he doesn't get his fresh air time.

I tried that one time. Cat didn't like it. He soon found out he couldn't get away but he could attack me.

I had the same experience with my big ( hug ) Siamese male cat with an autoed.

Nice job on this, and the cat's position looks about right, lol. Why walk when there are servants to carry you?

Very cute! My kitty tolerated a harness and lead quite well, though I just kept her in the backyard with it :)

We didn't think this cat would like it either, but he adjusted and now he demands his harness to be put on. The other cats, not so much.
