You are looking for canon ef lenses not sure if the 70d will accept efs also. The manual will tell you. Then it depends whether you want a wide angle or a fish eye which gives that round distorted look. So you need to decide how much you are willing to spend and what you want to photo and what will be the lighting under those circumstances.

The 7D can use any Canon EF or EF-S lens.
Of course, there are lenses from other sources that may fulfill your needs also.

I have the Rokinon 8mm fisheye for the 7D and with a price around $200 it has surprisingly excellent IQ and I have been very happy with it.

I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a lens that I knew I wouldn't use real often so at that price point it fit the bill nicely.

The one I'm talking about is manual everything just so you know.

I am pretty sure this is the best fisheye lens for Canon. Test it out or look at pics taken with it on flickr to see if you like the results. I also have one of those and love it.
It is not only a good lens for $200 or so, it is probably the best fisheye lens from any manufacturer at any price under $5000

Take a look at the Tokina 10-17 fisheye. One of the only zoom fisheyes out there and very sharp. At the 17 end, there is very little distortion, which makes it a lens that I use more often than not.

I use the 8mm Samyang (aka Rokinon) on my Nikons. It meters automatically (just leave the aperture ring set on f22 & it will change your aperture in camera, to suit the conditions). It is MF, but this is no hassle. I leave my focus ring on about halfway & everything will be in focus from a foot to infinity. It is a sharp lens, & will work fine on your 70D. The Rokinon 8 mm fisheye is a hell of a lot of fun. I leave it at f22 focused to infinity and shoot in Aperture priority mode and go from there.

Next will be sunset shots of buildings with bracketed images for HDR with the fisheye.

I second the Rokinon. Have it on my D7000. The distortion is intended. For the money, it gives you another angle of creativity. Don't use it often, but sometimes it is just the right thing.

The Samyang/Rokinon/Bower/ProOptic not only has excellent image quality, it has near-stereographic projection, which means that the center part of the image is smaller and the stuff in the corners not so squeezed, so while it still gives you 180 degree diagonal coverage, the image feels less distorted than with other fisheye lenses. I have a conventional full frame Nikon fisheye and the Samyang for DX, and I have come rely stopped using the former.

I have the Canon EF 15mm fish-eye, which I use on a 7D. I just LOVE it! Great for landscapes. Shooting Buildings and such creates quite a bit of noticeable distortion straight out of camera.
LR5, PS12 or PS-CC all do a great job correcting for the distortion, in most cases.

A pretty nice lens is the Canon 8-15mm fisheye. Well worth it!
