Are there any good instructional videos on framing techniques? . I'm thinking about learning how to frame my photo's to save $$.

This may not work for "odd" sizes, but for a couple of enlargements I used a gifts, I bought a pre-cut mat, and two sets of pre-cut "frame sides" at Michaels.
Because the "sides" are sold in sets of two, you can make any size frame you wish. The mats are a different story, they seem to be cut in standard sizes only.
Having them cut one to your specs, is frightfully expensive and I believe a good mat-cutter will pay for itself quickly.
When it comes to techniques, measuring carefully and accurately, is very important.
