I have a Canon 1dx with a 100-400 lens. Need a lot more practice with the lens when hand held as more pics are blurry then good.

YIKES! the middle pic is stunning.....actually a little scary....for handheld it's amazing..that sharp eye.... you have done well!

Incredible! I learned firsthand how difficult it is to photograph moving birds when I was recently at Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The best I could figure out was who pray for good focus and shoot many photos in rapid succession and hope one turns out. None of mine turned out as well as this.

Thanks for your comment, the hard part for me is figuring out when they are going to move and the stiff neck waiting for them to move :)
