Found a neat little plug-in for PSE and created this effect on this picture of the sun rising over Lake Michigan.

I've never downloaded and used a plug-in, don't suppose you could walk me thru the process please?

These plugins work with:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Photoshop Elements
Adobe Fireworks
Corel Paint Shop Pro X
Corel Photo Paint
Ulead Photo Impact
I use PSE9 so your steps may vary according to the program you use.
1) click the link to open the page
2) on the right side, you will see "RedfieldPlugins.exe 9 filters package"
3) double click and download the program
4) intall the program to it's default location
5) open your photo editor
6) open the picture you wish to use
7) if using PSE, click "Filter"
8) toward the bottom of the window, you will see "Redfield"
9) hover your mouse over it or click it and when a window opens, you can choose from a number of filters you just down loaded.
10) click on "Water Ripples" and have fun playing with the sliders to see what you can create.
11) try the other filters to see what you can do with them and have fun.
