Perhaps they should cut the funding for the ACA, save billions and life will go back to normal.

ACA costs so far about $300 million, that's close to a million $$$$'s per person. Why not just give everybody a million $'s ?

I'm not able to vote in the USA, but wouldn't it be better to eliminate Congress to save wasteful spending, then they could even have snow days in July, if they want?
