Rose left out another part...the creek will overflow during the Spring thaw and she'll have to move to a motel until her house is no longer flooded! It takes strength to survive in PA! :)

How true, the day we moved from Pennsylvania there was snow up above my knees luckily the truck was 99% loaded. All we had to do was wait for the plow and we never looked back.
