I got these this morning before some much needed rain began. The cloudy conditions made it a little challenging to get the right amount of detail without getting too much grain.

These birds have been so difficult, I hope that once I get decent shots, everything else will seem easy. That may just be wishful thinking.

I had to lighten these up a little in post. Feel free to make suggestions as to how I can improve future shots.

  All great, but #5 and #1 are, in that order, outstanding.

Thanks so much Sirius. I think out of the bunch #5 is my personal favorite.

Thanks so much Linda. I don't have any eagles, but I get a lot of these little guys. I'm glad you liked them.

Thanks so much Randy. It's amazing how much easier the captures are when they hold still for a nano second. :-)

Thanks again for looking in and taking time to comment. I'm glad you liked #5. Out of the group, it's my personal favorite. I love it when they hold still.

I like #5 best. I suggest cloning-out the bright background leaf, to right of bird.
