Yes.
My workflow includes Lightroom, PSCC, Helicon Focus, Photomatix Pro, OnONe, Nik, Topaz, PT/Gui, and a few others. I like to have the right tool to do the job. The "one size fits all" generally does a great job at some tasks, and mediocre job at the rest.

Yes , I mainly use Capture NX2 and Lightroom.. both are great and they each have positives and negatives but one's strengths are the other's weakness.
