I rather think you're one of these "look at something for 5 minutes", read a page or two, and suddenly you're an "expert" on the subject! (Except you really don't know anything about it! ) You should hit if off great with Konk; I think you're a lot alike; self-important fools.

I scanned parts I-IV and carefully read section V. I still have no idea what you are talking about. This is a 2010 bill and has been in place for 3 years. Which part of that don't you understand? While your at it, better look out for the disastrous impacts of the Civil Rights Bill. And Damn, the world will crumble when women can vote.

And how about the end of western civilization as we know it after the passage of Social Security? And the descent into total socialism once Medicare was passed? Are we really so sure that Obama wasn't behind the passage of Medicaid?

It's obvious that Gitzo is a complete moron, and that this website that he cited was just a ruse for shilling some stupid products. But let's let him keep on ranting about the sky falling in, because he's become such a joke now that nothing he posts can be taken seriously. There are serious conservatives here I will always disagree with, but take seriously, like Blurreyed, but Gitzo has shown himself to be a buffoon. Especially after he posted the same stupid false article twice and was shot down each time. But he's always good for a laugh, even if it is at his own expense.

Prove that it's been "in effect" for 3 years.

So much for the ignorant fool above; you offer exactly what? a few insults and your pathetic "opinions" which are based on? Zilch, squat, nothing;

It's obvious that YOU are the moron; there are probably 300 web sites on the internet that explain, and tell why this draconian new law is a disaster for the U.S., and the entire world financial system; but a couple of ignorant fools who haven't a clue, ( and who probably never even HEARD of FATCA before I posted this ), think that if they throw enough crap against the wall, some of it may stick; I suppose it "might".....assuming that anyone reading these posts were also as ignorant and as stupid as the dummy with the frog, the idiot above, and the liar (Konk ) who seems to have problems trying to remember exactly what it was he worked at for years and years. I really couldn't care less what any of you fools think about me; ( I can assure you that it won't be any less that I think about you. )

But the problem for all of YOU is, I'm guessing that there will be many people reading all of your insults and false information that don't stay "intoxicated" 24-7 on liberal "Kool-Aide", and are perfectly capable of thinking for themselves; no one has to take your word for anything; the pompous "frog" thinks this law went into effect three years ago, which is completely false;

Gitzo, I'll repeat what I wrote earlier in this thread and you chose to ignore.
How about an answer.

I'll make you a bet, Gitzo. If the US economy collapses this coming July due to FACTA, I will agree that you are a wise visionary. If if doesn't, will you agree to admit that you are posting pure BS on these boards and agree that you are a gullible old fool ?

How about a link to the Treasury Department website that talks about it? Since facts and you seem to have a hard time meeting, just read the very first sentence, OK? You just keep proving what a complete loon you are.

Maybe if we stop responding to his insane posts he'll give up and go away. I mean it. Let him post all the lunatic fringe drivel he wants. Then make sure that you don't respond, no matter how much you want to just throttle him.

I just did a check on the posts Gitzo has created. Out of 325 original posts, a whopping 3 have them have been related to photography. Now, people have called me a troll, but in my 240 posts, over 30 of them have been photo related. If Gitzo's picture isn't in the dictionary next to the word troll, then I'd be shocked.

Like all libturds, anything YOU don't agree with is "insane", eh? If that's the case, please explain why many "sensible people" have complimented me on many things that I've posted; on one feeble attempt to total up how many times my posts have been "viewed" I stopped counting after about 4 pages and some 60,000 "views"; I'm wondering.......why on earth would so many sensible "normal" people EVER want to read 60,000 posts if they were "insane"? I think if the truth be known, all you'd need to do to see "insane" is to look in a mirror. (and if someone that you antagonized with your stupidity twisted your nose a bit, you would RUN! )

Quote; "Let him post all the lunatic fringe drivel he wants".
So now you're the Administrator of the forum, and I can't post anything unless YOU "let" me, is that it ?

And just for the sake of any intelligent, "normal people" (of which there ARE quite a few on UHH, (so far ).......I wonder how you'll try to "spin" this........as anyone who reads my posts is aware, I post many things by such eminent authors as Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, John Ransom, Cal Thomas, and probably a hundred other very well known people.......yet, according to a pathetic, libturd idiot on the Chit Chat forum of UHH, ALL of this "stuff" from all of these well known, professional people, (most of whom are being paid more each week to write what I post, that YOU'll ever "make" in your best year ).....it's still all "lunatic-fringe-drivel", (according to a "lunatic-fringe QUEER who thinks he's "clever"? ) Keep that up and I may need to stop and have a good LAUGH!

Oh.....and you have 240 posts, and a whopping 30 of them have been about photography? To which I respond.....so what? In reading through the rules prior to becoming registered on UHH, I don't recall ANYTHING about how many posts one must make about whatever, only that some of the "hot heads" on the photography forum almost become discomboobulated when anyone inadvertently neglects to click the Chit chat button, and the post goes to the photography forum! (it took Admin all of 6 seconds to put it back in "chit chat" ); (let's see.....one mistake out of 325 posts, you say? ) Funny......I also didn't notice anything about "members must be PERFECT"?

Now.....I can assure you that you won't find my picture in the dictionary, but you MAY find the definition of what a "troll" is........."a person of low intelligence who continually hangs out on forums and other public places, never adding anything to the topics attempting to be discussed, were it not for the many people of low intelligence and generally lacking in courtesy, common sense, or knowledge of subjects worthy of discussion by "normal" people on said forums and message boards. (Fits you to a "T"! )

In other words, "hand-fairy", YOU'RE the troll, and until you can show anyone where I have "trolled", "interrupted" or otherwise stuck my nose into YOUR'S or ANY ONE ELSE'S thread, with the sole purpose of making a PITA of myself, (as YOU do many times daily ), you can call me a "troll" all day long, and everyone will know that you don't even know what the definition of the word is.

To put it yet another way, I'm the one who's "gentlemanly" "courteous", "thoughtful", and who is consequently "well thought of" by my neighbors and my many friends, while it's YOU that continuously posts lies, innuendo, stupidity, and general bulls**t, while attempting to "appear" to be several sizes "bigger" than you actually are, or have the ability to "demonstrate" the superiority that you try so hard to cause strangers to believe. (You would do well to keep that in mind. ) I have met many people of your ilk in my lifetime. Fortunately, I didn't have the necessity of proving anything to any of them from "far away"; and of the ones that I did need to "prove something to", I didn't even need to argue with them at all; a dislocated index or middle finger will get one's "attention" much quicker, and will be remembered much longer than any argument, trust me.

I just had a thought; as I'm sure "troll-boy" will doubtless be reading this, about 85 % of this particular reply will fit you just as well as it will the jerk that it's directed to. (Save me a little typing that way )

(maybe tomorrow I'll post 31 photography threads and pass up the fairy! )

(maybe tomorrow I'll post 31 photography threads and pass up the fairy! )

So you are the one who is gentlemanly, courteous and thoughtful. Does this fit in when you threaten people if you ever meet them? For a gentleman you are sure quick with an insult and a degrading remark. I guess that you are a member of the new gentleman's club where they show one face to the people they know and another when they are shown up for what they really are.
