I'm having trouble posting photos that I've edited in Picasa. I have no problems posting from iPhoto; but when I do some re-working in Picasa, I can't find a way to get them to post. Any suggestions? I've saved them with Picasa, but then I can't seem to do anything with them.

Use the "save as," or the export function and send a copy to another folder. I have a folder on my desktop for UHH uploads - easy to access that way.
You can practice with this thread you have now; when you have an image ready, just click the "reply" (not quick reply) button and there will be a place for you to upload images. Click on the "browse" or "choose file" button, and then navigate to where the photo is sitting.
In Picasa, the export button is along bottom, center. A dialog box will open. See below. You can select where to save the copy of the image + change the file size if desire.
