OMG,please tell me what this camera can do to cost this much money!I can see if photography is your business but do people who just take photos for fun actually pay this amount for a camera?

You'd think with technology the way it is today, that Nikon could have added built-in IS so that any lens you choose to use could be stabilized.
I'm sure this will be the perfect camera for the whooping 1% of camera users out there...

Being a lousy inexperienced photographer I reckon that I could give you all a good review of this camera. Please have a collection and send me one. Promise to post a review within 8 months of D4S arriving.

1%? I doubt the market is that high. But then again, I thought the D7100 was expensive (at least for me).

actually, I'm sure there are enough high end studios, reporters, and sports photogs out there that will buy this.
