First pictures with new SX50

I just took delivery of a new Canon SX50 point and shoot. I have a Canon 7D but wanted a "carry everywhere" camera that is light and easy to carry every when when I don't want to lug around a bag of equipment. Today I drove around town and took some pictures of the local area, then ended up a a local wildlife preserve. I'm still very much in a learning mode as a photographer, but anxious to learn. Here are a few shots from today.

PS: I would call the SX50 a 'bridge' camera and not a point and shoot.
