There are several forums dedicated to the Fuji X cameras.
Some have sections on specific models.
Reading the types of questions may give you some insight to the cameras.

I do not own the X20, but have owned 4-5 fujifilm cameras and all have been really great. Fuji makes great lenses.

I bought an X10 to use when I don't want to carry my DSLR. It takes such nice pictures and handles so well that I find myself using it more often than not. It's the only camera I will be taking on a work trip to Scotland next week.
With the hybrid viewfinder and better auto focus the X20 should be an even nicer camera.

Basically it's the zoom version of the X100s!
Smaller sensor than the X100s.
A really nice looking camera which is pocketable. The one I'd have it I didn't have the Sony RX100m2

I had the X10 very nice camera with good IQ. The X20 is an improvement with more MP. I liked the way the controls were set up.
