Mingo Falls is a 200' waterfall located in the Qualla Indian Reservation in Cherokee,NC. It's well worth climbing the 161 steps (yes I did count them ),even with my bad hip.There are many things to enjoy on the way up ,such as trees growing on top of moss covered boulders.
