Elements & Premiere upgrade Question

Currently have Elements 9 & Premiere 3.
I want to upgrade to P10 since I am starting to do some video now.
Question: Do I need to upgrade to E9 if I get P10 ?
I cannot find anything that says either way, so trying to decide to purchase just P10 or both as a package deal.

Someone posted earlier about PE 10 combo + free Photoshop Elements 10 by Scott Kelby.
You can probably buy the package for cheaper then one upgrade plus Premiere elements.

That is what I was thinking, not much $ to just get both 10's and everything updated. Thank you all for the suggestions and links above. I've got some shop'n to do.

office depot is cheapest i found 109 the full combo package
