Mt. Washington, PA
Taken between Christmas & New Years, 2013 from Mt. Washington, Pittsburgh.
I used a Sony RX 1 in aperture priority with +/EV 1, 2 & 3. I shot in jpeg & RAW. I then repeated using the monochrome filters at red, green, blue & yellow in jpeg only (you can't use RAW in the special effects modes).
At home, I selected the exposers from each set that I wanted & fused them in Photomatix Pro. I then fused those sets into a single file. I copied that file into PhotoShop Elements 10 & adjusted for light, contrast, saturation & crop.
Very nice image, the work put into it really paid off for you. Thanks for the detailed description of the shoot. I'm going to have to process the information and apply it myself.
Oh, and nice avatar.

It is a beautiful image, great processing. Perhaps the only additional edit I would make, and this may just be my OCD kicking in, is to straighten the verticals on the buildings.
Great job!
