This beautiful hawk is the light morph adult male hawk. They migrate from the Arctic to the south and winter in extensive marshes and prairies. They migrate late in the fall and early spring.
I was able to get a few shots of him today while out on a drive close to home. Thank you for looking.

Thank you for your nice comment gtwhogger. I don't see many of these around. It was nice to be able to capture him. Their eye colouring is so different from other hawks which really makes them unique.
