Costa Rican Home Invader, Caught in the Act

This little bastard figured out how to pry open the only window that wouldn't latch, and helped himself to some cookies and a loaf of bread. That's probably not too bad for modeling fees, though, considering how many photos I took of he and his buddies in the trees outside my windows.... (FYI: Rainbow Valley Lodge, Monteverde)

Wow what a "crappy view" like the pictures, don't forget it's a heat wave up here we're upto 20 degrees today

Well - I am back in the nice balmy Maine.... I sure enjoyed nice weather though - it was sort of like a summer's day here in Maine - 70 degrees in the daytime and 60 at night (I was about 4500 feet elevation). Hiked for 2-3 hours in the cloudforest in the morning, then walked in to town for lunch (about a mile) then would hike in the afternoon in another preserve, and a few nights did night hikes. Photos coming.
