This is funny now, but can't you actually see this happening SOME day!
What a change from our days.....
PASTOR: "Praise the Lord!"

PC, iPad, smart phone, and Kindle Bibles to 1 Cor. 13:13.
And please switch on your Bluetooth to download the sermon."
P-a-u-s-e......
"Now, Let us pray committing this week into God's hands.
Open your Apps, BBM, Twitter and Facebook, and chat with God"
S-i-l-e-n-c-e

Not too far in the future. Lots of ipads are used to look up scriptures and the Church does have Wi-Fi. - Dave
In reality it will never be like the description above, however, there are certain elements that are already active. Using phones or pads with Bible apps are very common now. These devices may allow the sermon to be more of a dialogue instead of a monologue. These devices also make staff more available, but this has a downside also.
Great Bible verse.
1 Corinthians 13:13
New International Version (NIV)
13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
Technology can be used for many things. If it helps some people know God better  .
I carry a paper Bible to church. Not that i am a good Christian but I know that I would start reading a novel if I had my Bible in my kindle.
