Hello all!
My names Joseph, I'm a long time Pentax user!
Digitally, I started with the K100d Super then to the K200d which I still have, and now to my pride and joy the K20D!
I'm looking to learn and improve in my photography and this looks like a fine place to start.

Us Pentax users are far and few between, but it is nice to belong to a site that does not condemn due to your camera choice! I've heard horror stories!
Nice pic of you, it looks like it was taken at the Garden of the Gods here in the Springs.

welcome, its not what you shoot with but what you get out of it. I had a 35mm pentax that I still have, but got started before they had a good digital one. just got a new 7d canon for christmas. post pictures and everyone will help if ask(or not)

Hey buddy I just bought a Pentax Kr it's a great camera..they just have bad marketing people.

The Kr is a very nice camera, I have a good friend that picked on up, he also purchased my K100D super for his daughter! If it weren't for him I wouldn't have the new lens I have :0) !!
I also agree that Pentax has poor marketing.

The gardens are a very distinctive place, I thought it looked familiar even from just the small slice in your picture.
I just tugged through a good 9 inches of fresh snow last Thursday to the top of rattlesnake ridge in the Garden for some nice pictures! Talk about testing the limits of the weather seals on my K20 and lens!!!
I'm glad you enjoyed you visit to our beautiful park!
