Are people lazy? Or dumb asses? Or just think that they can disobey the direction and post any image they like?

Read the directions s-l-o-w-l-y people if you have trouble understanding simple english.

A shopping cart (trolley, trundler, wagon, basket) is a cart supplied by a shop, especially supermarkets,......

Lets see what images are in this challenge.
A bloke asleep in a trailer in an alleyway,
an overloaded hand trailer/cart from someones Asian holiday,
a woman with a fishing net on the beach,
a kid with a small plastic toy shopping cart,
a woman with an overloaded three wheel pram,
a guy in a smock shovelling crap into a wheel barrow,
a donkey pulling a trailer in Morocco,
two kids pulling homemade handcarts,
a dog set up at a computer keyboard,
a ferris wheel,
and another bloke with an overloaded pull cart.

The moderator puts a lot of time and energy into doing the contests for you.
Could you all just show some respect and only post images that comply.

Just confused as to why these photos still appear during the voting process. Why are they allowed when they obviously don't meet the criteria for the contest. There is even a ferris wheel?

The dog in the bicycle basket got 12 votes
The bloke asleep in a trailer in an alleyway got 12 votes
The hawk got 10 votes
The kid with a small plastic toy shopping cart got 8 votes
The donkey pulling a trailer in Morocco got 4 votes
The a dog set up at a computer keyboard got 2 votes

As long as people get votes without complying to the contest rules, they will be encouraged to keep breaking the contest rules.

LOLOLOLOL! Thank you, n3eg…. I needed the laugh. :-) …. and you're right. Cat's don't do anything, unless they feel like it.

Thought you might enjoy this cat…

Down load the picture, put your cursor in the icon, right click your mouse and select properties. This will show you all the camera settings and the date it was taken.

Oh, I thought you knew of an easier way to tell. That's quite a bit of downloading. How many did you find were not compliant?

I don't do every photo, but if I am thinking of voting for it an It seems out of place (a beach seen in the middle of the winter) I might check it out before voting for it.
but that is just me.

Maybe there should be an addition to the rules - something along the lines of, "If the image doesn't contain the required element(s), it will not be submitted for voting."

Agree! That is the case on other sites. They are removed or blocked from receiving votes.

I am not sure that we can ask those who administer the site to take on the additional work to do all of that, but we can control it with our votes.
