Yeah... The snow has pretty much died out here now, but we currently have wind-chills around 2 degrees. Tomorrow, they are forecasting wind-chills of -23.

Fortunately, the school district has cancelled tomorrow. I drive a school bus, and I wasn't looking forward to going out there at 6:15. Not at all!

Just finished shoveling, about 10 " on sidewalk, didn't have to dig out cars, 4wd on both, did not feel as cold as expected, stay warm, Bob.

I don't think we got anything like what they were forecasting, looks through the window to only be 2 or 3 inches. It *is* chilly though, currently 3 degrees, windchill -7.

I have to park on the street outside here, so my biggest problem is normally not the actual snowfall, but the plow ridge. I have started parking across the road in a church parking lot when we are expecing significant amounts. Without being caught by the plow, I can normally just drive straight out. Of course, if we *do* get one of the 10-inch storms we had last year, I could end up *really* stuck.

I have no plans to be anywhere until this evening, if they don't cancel choir practice. I suppose I need to go over there and clear it off, make sure I *can* drive it out. If not for choir, I will be needing to get out just after 6AM tomorrow, and that isn't a good time to find that it is stuck!

I have to admit, I am intruiged as to what the park would look like today... Not intruiged enough to actually *go* there, though!

I'm in Waynesboro, about 20 miles West of Gettysburg, and spitting distance from the Mason-Dixon line. I guess I should update my profile - include the new camera details too!

We visit Lancaster a couple times a year, day trip for us, shopping mostly, hit Hamburg on the way home and visit Cabela's, some side trips depending on schedule and how we feel, Bob.
