Parts For "Older" Light Meter

I have a Sekonic Zoom L-228 meter. I missed place the screw which covers the battery compartment. I contacted the manufacturer. They no loner stock this meter therefore no longer have that part.

I've contacted the usual Adorama, B&H and KEH. No Luck.
Does anyone know of or can suggest some business in the USA which may stock old parts?

It seems to me that a lowly screw wouldn't be too hard to find. If it's a really small screw you could try using one from some other item that uses small screws. Maybe a pair of old eye glasses or a repair kit for same. Or old junk cameras. Small screws abound. You just have to find one that fits.

The screw in question is a cover with treads, about the size of a US quarter. It's the cover for the battery compartment. So your suggestion of using a small screw won't work. Perhaps the term screw is misleading. Perhaps a better choice of words is a quarter size battery compartment cover with threads.

Ah. I understand. After surfing the net I have come to the conclusion that you'd better find that cover or maybe use some Yankee ingenuity to cobble something up.
