THE PENIS STUDY
In 1993, the American Government funded a study to see why the head of a man's penis was larger than the shaft. After one year and $180,000, they concluded that the reason the head was larger than the shaft was to give the man more pleasure during sex.
After the US published the study, France decided to do their own study. After $250,000.00, and three years of research, they concluded that the reason was to give the woman more pleasure during sex.
Romania, unsatisfied with these findings, conducted their own study. After two weeks and a cost of around $75.46, they concluded that it was to keep a man's hand from flying off and hitting him in the forehead.

There is an excess of boorish humor of questionable taste that has appeared on the site. I think it is time for the moderator to bring it to an end. The people inflicting it on us apparently havent been embarrassed by putting their name on it. Perhaps the women on this site could be a force to get rid of it.

Why is it that most of the complainers about something, such as WAL do not identify where they are.
I do not like that. One time in 1997, I was called into a supervisors office with a friend and the supervisor telling us we offended another worker with a STATEMENT that he and I were talking about. She was going to enter the offensive language in my official file and my friends.
I asked for the persons name so I could apologize but she said she could not do that to protect the offended person.
I stood up and said "if you cannot identify the person in question making an accusation about me that will go into my record, you can either tear up that entry for my record, eat it or stuff it up your ass until you identify the person to me." My friend said the same. We never heard about it again.
I asked and she did say the offensive statement was 'Merry Christmas' and it was offensive because the female who overheard it didn't believe in Christmas. I was feeling bad up until that point but we just smiled and said 'Thank you and have a Merry Christmas.'

I don't consider the word 'penis' a dirty word, but then again my great grandmother did. Why did the objector open a topic with penis in the title in the first place? Maybe she didn't know what the word means. She probably thinks a 'penal colony' is where penises go when they die.
I would like to add that circumcision removes 80% of the penises nerve endings and should be left up to the boy when he gets older to decide for himself (under anesthesia, of course, ouch!) and not left up to religions dogma by others. The original purpose was to keep the youngster from thinking and engaging in sex at an early age and to lessen the pleasure of that 'scourge'. Some societies circumcise girls for the same reason. I've thought of starting a class action suit but now I'm to old to care.
