Your image is small...but appears to be very nicely done. The place indeed needs a little tender loving care. Perhaps you can upload a larger version so we can have a good look. If you can't it's pretty image otherwise. No matter what the case, thanks for posting.

Gosh, up here in Maine we would call this a Waldo County mansion, it may not collapse anytime soon, roof looks sound! Until about six months ago I spent 3 years living an only slightly nicer version. No water, plumbing or power. Very quiet and peaceful, did a lot of reading by lamplight.

I've been inside this old garage, and it is actually in pretty good shape, its exterior appearance notwithstanding. It's probably available for rent if you ever want to move to central Indiana. It's on a good road and close to an interstate.
