Wow I did not know that. This is one of the most highly used parks in Minneapolis. The police are a constant presence, so I am sure they have seen them already. Thanks for the info. I just thought it was kids horsing around.

Asheet is correct. It represents where drugs can be purchased, too. Make sure to keep close look out and report it to police.
