I have a photo, sent via email but when I print it it cuts the bottom off the print. only by changing the print size to 140x125 can I get the full photo to print. Any suggestions?

When printing, select options for NO CROPPING. This will result in white borders that can be trimmed off.

I can't solve your printing problem but those are two beautiful children. You must be very proud.

If you are going to have printed at a "regular" place like Walgreen's, Costco etc. you can use these below. The black and white edges will show up since the image is not a standard size.

With your own printer look for the option "fit picture to frame." That may need to be un-selected.

for 8x10
for 8x10...

for 5x7
for 5x7...

I recommend that you learn about print ratios. It's something that every photographer should learn about.

looks like the sent photo was 5 x 7 and can't print that in 4 x6 without cropping. Don't use printing places only my own printer using PS elements 10. I think I have tried all the settings in both PS and the printer to no avail. Thanks everyone.

Here is a 4x6. The original is actually almost a square. You can click the "download" link underneath any of my shots, then right-click and select save as. Then save to your desktop or wherever you're comfortable with. Then open in PSE and print as the size I indicated. As mentioned, you will get the borders as shown.
