Sport? I'm sure many here remember about the water drinking contest. One girl actually drank herself to death. Another pointless happening. It was perfectly clear she did not take the time to chewy her food.

I think competitive eating should be an Olympic event. Certainly it has more validity and visceral appeal than some of the nonsense events like rhythmic swimming or whatever they call that goofiness.
