Prayer List (Eazy-Peezy)...do it.

It's Sunday (re-cycle of a short prayer-starter that I posted last August, just for YOU:
Have YOU prayed for anyone lately? Has anyone prayed for YOU? Simple solution; powerful results.
Do you know anyone needing prayer (and who of us doesn't)? A loved one, a spouse, a child, a neighbor, a friend, a co-worker, your employer, a charity, a politician, our country, a pastor, a fellow HedgeHog, an ENEMY ugh...do I have to? (Yes!)
Simple steps:
1. Find an inexpensive notebook - preferably a thin 3-ring binder so you can ADD pages - as you continue, the list WILL get longer, trust me. On the cover, write 'PRAYER LIST" (just you won't confuse it with your grocery list, to-do list, etc.)
2. Create a heading for each page: MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY;
3. Start listing everyone you know - and even names of those you've never personally met or spoken to; assign each name to a different day. Perhaps you can break your daily list into MONDAY - Relatives/family; TUESDAY - Friends; WEDNESDAY - Pastor, Charities.....etc.
4. Put an (*) by a child's name (or, if more convenient, place all children on one day; I have one day for 20 or so children within my immediate family - makes me smile every time I look at the list!).
5. Begin every morning and/or evening in prayer. Invite your spouse and/or children to do the same, or to join you. Choose a quiet, undisturbed environment.
6. As you pray for others, God will help you.
7. Now - watch what happens to YOU!...as well as those around you.
May God richly bless each of you, and your family!!
Matthew 19:14
Jesus said, Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son so that whomever would believe in Him shall have everlasting life.
Do you really believe this crap? You should get out more.

You paused to read this - congratulations! Unbelief is no belief, and yet somehow you've made it this far in life without Him; God is still there - waiting for YOU. Only with your last breath will the time to ask Christ into your heart cease. Seek Him NOW! May He richly bless you and your family!
John 3:16
Here's a question I have for practicing Christians. Jesus is portrayed as a loving god, accepting of everyone, sins and all.
Here's a hypothetical. My twin brother and I grow up as practicing Catholics. During his college years, my brother stops believing. We both graduate with honors, marry wonderful women, and raise exceptional children. We both give a great deal of time and money to charity, and live exemplary lives.
One day as we are returning from a charity event, we are both killed in a car crash. We are both standing in front of Jesus to be judged. My question is this: do you think that Jesus would deny my brother entry into Heaven because he was wrong in his beliefs? If his entire life had been spent living the teachings of Jesus, but he didn't believe in Him, do you really think he wouldn't be saved? Enlighten me.

Satan tempted Christ; you, on the other hand, provoke debate on a non-issue for a Christian. Which of the two is a greater sin?

Why so hateful? Nobody called your beliefs crap. Why does someone else's faith cause you to be so angry and unpleasant?

If you are intelligent enough to ask the question, you are smart enough to know the answer.

I think I know the answer, but all I ever hear from devout Christians is that there is no path to god or heaven except through Jesus. No one has answered my question, so I'm still waiting.
I'll even repeat the question. Given the scenario I created, will both my brother and I have access to Heaven? Will Jesus welcome us both, or will my brother be rejected for non-belief?

The simple answer is no. Good deeds will not get you into Heaven. Therefore believe in Jesus, that He died on the cross, to pay for our disobedience to Him (sin).and that He rose again that pay the pentalty of sin. Yes, Jesus is all loving and will forgive you of your sins, except the sin of unbelief.Jesus will not pardon you for not believing in Him.
Believing in Him is not automatic you have to make the choice.
I hope this would enlighten you. At least back to the Bible and back to Jesus.

He would let your brother in and kick you downstairs for being a devil's advocate.
Thank you Heart, you always brighten my day! This is great. God Bless You!
God doesn't deal with hypothetical questions or scenarios. He's always had a plan, and where humans are involved, He lets us know what we need to know. If we choose not to believe Him, then that's tough for us. He'll keep giving each of us opportunities to believe as long as we're alive.
Keep it simple. Don't complicate it.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 14:6
