Setting the shutter to "bulb" and using a dim pen light around the edges. The clouds are lit by the town lights and the wind gave them the moving effect.

I'm mean the part that is unique to your light painting.
I would love to see it now on a more suitable subject, one the one lend itself to the limited control around the edges.
Perhaps broken tombstones.
An old beat up warn truck would be very much desirable.
Maybe even without wheels it looks like you were running out of time maybe.
I'm not putting it down, it is very nice. Just food for thought. :thumbup:
