What a great group! My name is Jen. I am a hobbist going pro. I just started my own business. I am trying to wrap my arms around it all. :). So glad you are here!I have a question... When I am taking indoor photos what would be the best iso to get the highest quality picture when it is being enlarged? Is 800 a no no? Do you always use 400iso?

I wouldn't think of the ISO as a quality gauge, per se. Indoors, you raise ISO to get a faster shutter speed in low light conditions. Here's the way I'd look at it.

1) How is the light? Can I shoot at ISO 100?
2) Is the subject close / will flash be usable/necessary? Subject active or posed?
3) Do I need to capture action?
4) If so, can I get enough shutter speed as is?
5) If NOT, how high do I need to raise ISO to allow me to get the shutter speed I need to capture action.
6) If I DO NOT need to capture action, shutter speed won't matter as much, therefore ISO won't need to be raised.

"Indoors" covers everything from a studio with umbrella lights, big flashes and a tripod; to an elementary school gymnasium with about 150 candlepower-worth of light and a volleyball game to capture. It all depends.

More details would let me give a more complete recommendation. It all depends on your combination of light, subject, and camera platform (tripod/hand).
