I have seen several photos framed, how do you do that? Is there an app or are they really framed and then taken another photo of it? It looks really nice, and I an very curious! Thank you!

Most post processing/editing programs have ways of adding frames. This can be by using layered templates, or creating thru program options depending on the program.

Try the options available in the FREE Picasa program available from Google.

The easiest way is with PS Elements. Just add enough area around the canvas (its on the :Image > Resize >Canvas size) Make a square selection around the center of the photo of the size you want the frame to be...Select the color of the background (frame color). Inverse the selection and CUT. Now you have a frame of the color you selected. The sample below ha sjust one additional step that for lack of illustration I cannot describe, but you can do a basic frame this way.

I mae a video ( with no sound) o fthe process. If you know a little of PS you can get it.

I also use Smart Photoeditor which adds frames if you like. There may be several programs that have ready made frames. Here is the video (http://youtu.be/VQ62hOvJzow) You may need to wait until it is "processed"/
