topaz DeNoise 5 Elements 11

Have downloaded Topaz DeNoise 5 and "sliders" do not appear. They did when first downloaded but now, nothing. Anyone had this experience and found the solution?. Other Topaz plugins do not have this problem. Thanks

You may have inadvertently retracted the slider window. Look around the borders for something to click on.

Correct, there is a little < at the edge, click on that and the sliders will reappear. The ability to retract is to allow you to have a larger view as you are selecting the major items on the left side. Once you select the best starting point you may want to retract the left side for better viewing as you tweak with the sliders..
Don't feel alone, I was puzzled at one time by the same problem. Topaz is a great series. I still learn from the Webinars... "Oh, I didn't know that."

PSE 11 under filter NOISE -reduce
