A friend informally videoed a wedding I was involved in for me on a Flip video camera. During one part he rotated the camera to portrait orientation for better framing, and back later. Of course when you watch the video the wedding party rotates onto their sides for a while. Rather unpleasant.
Does anyone know of video editing software that can unrotate a part of a video clip, preferably somewhat in sync with the original so that I don't lose any continuity in the sound? I would like to do this for the bride and groom.

I've done it before with Windows Live Movie Maker. Don't remember the details, but it wasn't too hard.
