MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!I just recently bought a Colormunki to calibrate my monitors, I have an HP I7 with a great Graphics Card working off an HP 2211x Monitor. I fix my photos using the latest versions of Lightroom and Photoshop and they look great on both of my screens. When I send them to an email address or Facebook they always come out dark. I try to change the Brightness and Contrast on both monitors and I still get the same results. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong.

There are many monitors out there and aside from myself I personally do do not know any one else that knows how, knows to, or cares about calibrating their monitors or Laptop screens. So few people do. And who knows what your photos will look like on anyone of those monitors/screens. From my experience they will look great on some and like crap on others. Your screens are calibrated but you can't compensate for all those uncalibrated ones out there.
So there is no real solution.
Note that manufacturers do perform a calibration before packaging but each manufacturer uses their own parameters and there is a tolerance from unit to unit since its impossible to have identicle/universal calibration.

It looks ok on mine. It's a well exposed picture on my HP laptop.

Looks fine on my 2009-ish MacBook Pro. Do they look bad on your monitors once they're on Facebook? Or just someone else's?

Looks bad to me when I send it out to customers and when I email it to myself and open it on my phone and touchpad.

Your problem could come from several different areas, but the fact that the pictures don't look as good on monitors other than those you used when editing them, tells me that it is likely the way you have your camera set for color space. For the best results in reproducing colors for viewing rather than printing, make sure the color space in your camera is set for sRGB. Then make sure that you have PhotoShop set for sRGB as well (under "edit" go to "color settings"). Then, recalibrate your monitors using sRGB for the color space. Read http://fstoppers.com/adobergb-vs-srgb. Now, take some new photos and see what you get for results. I have also attached a few files that might be helpful.

I checked the computer setting and the camera setting and they are set to the correct setting.

What color is the Nike name on the actual gloves? It looks purple-ish on my monitor. Are you setting your white balance correctly?

Much better, the gloves look blue on white now, but the background is very yellow. What kind of lighting is in the room? You may have a white balance problem being caused by mixed lighting - flash and compact fluorescent bulbs as an example. What are you using for white balance? Have you tried adjusting the white balance? Try shooting in RAW and using the eyedropper tool in PS on the white of the gloves, or even the whites of your son's eyes to get the proper setting.
