EDIT: Whoops! Last night it was available on Amazon. Now you have to wait for it to be available. I see that Barnes & Noble has it available as a pre-order.

A note at the bottom of the page says the book IS $50, but some enterprising soul bought a bunch of them to get rich quick at $155 a shot.
Hoarders should be jailed.

Interesting how that $50 price disappeared overnight. Barnes & Noble has it for $52 as a pre-order.

I ordered one, too, and they say it will be shipped free on Jan 2. If I don't like it, I can always sell it on Amazon for $155. :D

It's available on pre-order from Amazon UK for £23.99 ($40).
So on oyur recommendation I've placed my order. It is unusal for the UK price to be less than the US one. They usually do a staright $ to £ conversion. I.e. $50 in US then £50 in the UK - profiteering.

I just reserved a copy at Amazon for 50.00 add $12.98 for shipping--dang should a kept my Prime membership--and tax comes to $68.03

Done and I also saved a $1.00 on tax. Their estimated shipping would have been $3.99 a far cry from Amazons $12.98. I think I'll check B&N first from now on. Thank again
