and there really is not anyone thats coming around that is as good as these oldschool jazz musicians there might be one or two but rhey will never be as good

There a few good ones out there still, but you're are right..NOT AS GOOD. I had high hope on Winton Marsalis, technically he is flawless and full of knowledge,but he's not an innovator. I see him more as a keeper of the flame so to speak.
