Commercial Print Processing Suggestions

I want to enlarge a couple of photographs to frame and give to friends. I have used York Photo in the past, but don't like the way the color comes out. I do not have a printer for photographs, nor am I inclined to purchase one, so would appreciate any suggestions anyone has as to a photo processing company that does good work.

Take a look at www.prophotoimaging.com They are in Lakeland Fl. I have used them for 30 years and never had a bad print from them. They will also print on canvas or linen. I have had prints up to 24x30 on both. I prefer the linen for fine prints. They have great prices.

My goodness. I had no idea there were so many photo labs out there. Thanks to all. I will certainly check them all out. No sense in taking the time to get a good photo and have it turn out looking like a cartoon. Notice that nyweb2001 is from Rochester....I am originally from Ithaca, in the Finger Lakes. 14kphotog is from Marietta, Ohio...my parents were from Coshocton, and CaptainC is from CO, where I am headed on vacation next year....this bodes well for your advice, as there is a connection of some sort to all three of you. Thanks again.

I know Ithaca ! It's a nice 3 hour summer drive for me !! Although the area is getting more and more depressed with all the businesses leaving NY !

I use Meridian Color Labs...they hand color/density correct each print and they are very cheap for the super high quality they produce, and fast too only 4 days turnaround.
