Now that I've thrown my 2 cents in on a few threads.
I live in Denver, Co area. I am a computer geek with a background in electronic assembly and testing.
For those who are curious about my name, I spent five years building cables for the Titan rockets and had the pleasure of working on the Magellan spacecraft.
I grabbed my Canon DSLR after my brother let me play with his Nikon D60. I mostly take pictures of my kid, but also like landscapes, clouds and low light. The concept of light painting intrigues me.
Falls on the South Platte river (Florida & Santa Fe nearest intersection)

Nice stuff, Rocket!!! Keep 'em comin'!
Welcome to the group. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to hang out here but.....what....um....er....oh!
Never Mind!
Welcome. Seeing pics from Ruby Hill makes me homesick. Lived in Denver all my life. Grew up in Harvey Park. Went to Kunsmiller and Lincoln. Now in the DC area. Lots of nice new photo ops here. Lots of history and related places. Thanks for sharing your photos. Joe.
Welcome to the group! Love the reflection!
