In profiles, what is the feedback percentage or count for ? I see mainly 0/0 in there? Also, how do you identify a ' buddy ' within the forums?

I have never seen anyone use the feedback. And I am not sure how the buddy thing works.

If you click on the % under the poster's name, it takes you to a link where you can leave feedback.

I don't see the feedback used here a lot. I think it was designed so we could let others know what we think of a person. You know, whether or not what they are contributing is useful and helpful to others.
I have seen it used once with the guy who posted pics of the military and called them Meat Shields. He got a few negative feedbacks for that one.
