Insect tracks in a branch just laid bare by heavy rains. Interesting patterns I thought.

Sorry, I'm not understanding what I'm looking at, are these marks which were under the bark which just washed away?

Yes, its the tracks made by insects living under the bark. The heavy thunderstorm knocked the bark off of the branch and I found it while out photographing storm damage the next day.
