Bieber's concert gear impounded in Argentina
BUENOS AIRES - Justin Bieber's concert gear has been seized in Argentina in a legal scuffle with a photographer, the latest in a series of incidents trailing the Canadian teen idol's South American tour...
...The owner of a Buenos Aires nightclub, Ink, also accused Bieber of leaving without paying his bill...
...He caused offense by stepping on an Argentine flag thrown onto the stage during a concert...
...In Rio de Janeiro, the singer was charged with tagging the wall of an abandoned hotel, photographed leaving a notorious brothel, and thrown out of another hotel.
Adoring fans....

Very disrespectful of our American President and America in general.
Bieber is Canadian -
The president was photoshopped in, though he is an admirer of the Bieb -
Argentina is just as much an "American" country as is Canada. -
So, this time, at least, the onus does not fall on the U.S.A.
Mister Obummer does not deserve any respect. He is an arrogant, pompous liar.
Beiber is just a mixed up kid with too much money

The photo was just left in a comment by someone on the site, and it is a pretty bad Photoshop at that.
You are right about Argentina. Latin Americans I have known are highly resentful of people from the US feeling they are the only ones with the right to call themselves "Americans". South of Mexico, the proper term for people from the US is "Norteamericanos", not "Americans".

Let me clarify. The man is the President of the United States of America. If you want to try to make your president look silly, no matter what your country is, have at it. Leave ours alone.

Here! Here! Please don't make our president look silly, he does a rather fine job of that himself and does not need your help Lmarc!

No kidding.
He doesn't need our help to look like an idiot.

Ok, clarify this point: how is "your" president any different from "my" president, assuming you are a US citizen?

Do people in South America and Latin Americans call themselves Americans? Do Canadians call themselves Americans? We can't call our self North Americans because the Canadians are also North Americans.
I have heard this also from people south of our borders. They usually call themselves what ever country in south America they are from. The whole world calls us 'those Americans". So, I guess its Okay.
Just my thoughts.

Ok with me, too.
I was just agreeing with what someone said about Argentina. Although they do consider themselves "Americans", people in Central America at least refer to themselves as Catrachos, Nicas, Ticos, etc., depending on which country they are from, but not Americans.

Not only are you right, I think you are being kind, he is much worse than that.

In my youth in England USAers were known as Yanks or Yankees.
During WW2 and just after we used to say "Damn Yankees, over paid, over sexed and over here!"
