Can anyone Please Tell me If the 58mm Filter Causes Vignetting
on Canon Powershot 50 HS. Thanks in advance.

I believe you need a 67 mm filter adapter for the SX 50

A 5 minute research on the web tells me you can use both the 58 and 67 on the SX50. The 68 does require an adapter however. As it's specified then, I wouldn't think vignetting would be an issue.

The "OFFICIAL" Canon Filter Adapter (that bayonets onto the lens) is for 67mm filters. 3rd party filter adapters are available in 58mm. HOWEVER, some (if not all) 58mm filters will have some vignetting when shooting at the wide angle ends of the zoom. If you get the 'thin mount' filters you might be able to get away with the 58mm adapter and filters. Personally, for the diff in prices, I won't take the chance.
