A video that will blow your mind about Photography.
A photographer named Dewitt Jones who worked for National Geographic made this video and I want to share it with all of you.
This is what we do, can do and want to do... it's about a quote that someone here at UHH had underneath their comment. I saw the quote and I've spent the day with it.
It said, God gave me photography so that I could pray with my eyes.
That started a search for this man's name and I found this video. It's 20 mins long. Please watch and listen. It will be worth your time.

I hesitated when I saw the video was 22 minutes long but decided to have a look anyway. Am I glad I did! - it was wonderful and inspiring and so feelingly and genuinely presented.
Thank you so much for sharing.

I, too, was reluctant to begin a 22 min. video. However, I found something I needed, an affirmation of an attitude that has been growing in my aproach to photography. Thank you for posting a valuable link.
It was National Geographic that started my desire to be a photographer. Thanks for sharing this video.
That was a great video, riverlass! Thank you.

it was a great video thank you. I was reluctant to invest 22 minutes however the more I saw the more I wanted to see he put into words some of what I see myself. I wonder If he got to sample any of the Dewers?

Yes... me too. I would look through the magazine and wonder how they shot those photos. Nat Geo was always an inspiration. Still is.
