hi all,
does anyone know anything about this technique. what i am hoping to do is use this technique to photgraph a bride throwing her bouquet, has anyone tried this or does anyone have any suggestions.

Notice that a nearly dark background is required. Doable in a studio but probably not at a real wedding reception. Also the camera is fairly close to the subject.
