This was taken when my son was five years old (he is now 39)
I remember taking it with some kind of kodak cartridge camera.
He got a dart gun for Christmas and couldn't wait to try it out.

A Kodak Instamatic perhaps? My very first camera was the Instamatic 414. Fell apart in the early 1990's. But it introduced me to the art of photography. I miss it, although the 126 cartridges it used are no longer available.

I believe Kodak had a ad campaign "Kodak making memories". Nice picture and I would guess a great memory.

Thanks for the input and viewing.
Yeah that was it the Instamatic.
Ours seemed to make it everywhere.
Small compact and easy to use.
That might be why I like to carry my Canon Elph so much.

Ah....running around with the Instamatic - I remember those days. The flash bulbs and the great technological advance of the "Flash Cube" which combined four bulbs in one cube! Less burning of the fingers trying to remove a bulb before it cooled down! Wasn't it great?

The rotating flash cubes - I sure do remember. The cubes were ingeniously user-friendly. And fun!

Thanks for looking.
He is now 6'2 and 230, and go figure I am still taking his picture, but now with my grandkids.
