This is a nice composition and I like the tight close up...I would rather see her hand just touching her face instead of her face leaning on her hand. That way her left eye wouldnt be all scrunched up.
otherwise...beautiful
Looks good except I would have liked to seen you holding a reflector on her left side to throw a little light onto the left side of her face. Nice portrait though !
Rivernan and nyweb2001 are absolutely correct, IMO. Get that hand to JUST touch the face, not apply any pressure, and a reflector to get some dimension to her face. I would add that you should have used a diffusion panel to soften the hard sunlight on her hair and hand. The concept is perfect, execution could use some polish.

I think if she has just moved her hand lower, the sun would have given the effect . The sun would have povided plenty of light to provide depth to the other side of her face.
Nice shot though!
need catch lights in her eyes

here is one that does not have her hand on her cheek. This one I did have to do a crop on where the other one has no PP done to it. Thanks to all the suggestions they are great and this is a great place.
No hand
lovely, i can feel the breeze
Nice one ! Get the reflector and you're there !

I think this is very cute! It has a carefree feel to it.

Carefree is exactly the word I would use to describe the photo!

While the 2nd shot is somewhat more conventional, it is more rigid and is a look which is becoming a stereotype. The first shot does have some lighting improvements possible, but the more casual poise avoids hiding the girl behind a stereotypical mask and tends to preserve some of her own presence, her own personality.

PS...The eyes could be sharper which, along with cropping just a little less to add a touch of background recognition, could add a lot to the implied spirit, activity, thought of the model.
