As constructive appraisal of submitted photo's has previously been discussed on UHH, I would suggest that you try and get the point of focus on the eye (photos 1&2) and aim for a little more depth of field.

These beautiful green tree frogs have taken up residence in my umbrella trees & were happy to pose for a photo shoot.Thanks for the kind reply.
